This venue is absolutely beautiful! We got married here on 12.07.2024 and everything was truly perfect. Raven, our wedding coordinator was fantastic. She helped us from day one when we booked over the summer and has truly been heaven sent to us! She is quick to respond to your needs and you can tell she genuinely cares. Carlina helped us as well at rehearsal and the wedding and was amazing. She is so fun and has such a lovable personality. They are truly the best duo. They go above and beyond to make everything go so smoothly and as the stresses that can come with being the bride, I was sooo grateful! The venue itself is lovely. It’s really nice how close everything is, it makes it easier on your guests having the ceremony and reception right by each other. And the courtyard was perfect for cocktails and snacks! Thank you all so much for everything you did to make our day unforgettable!!!

We had a amazing and beautiful wedding, it was all so easy and stress free! Raven was an absolute delite!

This venue was the perfect size for us, and very naturally beautiful on its own! The whole team was very communicative throughout the whole process, and especially towards the end when we were mainly in contact with our event coordinator. Our wedding planner was primarily Payton, she was great! She made sure she had all the details perfect for us. We worked with Olivia with Design Haus for floral, and even though they had never seen the type of color combination we wanted before, she managed to pull it together and give us the exact design we wanted with everything!! The floral was absolutely beautiful! We worked with Alex with Erin Blair makeup and she paid very close attention to detail, and was very patient, fixing any little thing we wanted! Our DJ was Aiden, and he was amazing at making the many genres we chose coordinate and flow together. The whole staff/team at the venue was perfectly on time, and had everything setup when it needed to be. Jenny Layne Bakery did a great job, the cake was what we wanted, and it tasted AMAZING (highly recommend the "most popular" flavor). Then we have our event coordinator, RAVEN! She was a literal HERO! Right from the moment we started working with her, she was always available no matter what time of day it was, by text message. She worked hard to get everything exactly how we wanted it, and even helped us set up our own personal decorations that we had brought. She was extremely helpful the entire day, making sure everyone knew where to go and what to do, and making sure we had everything we needed! During taking some photos just 30 minutes before the ceremony my dress train got dirty, very noticeably dirty. We couldn't get the dark streaks off of the dress, so we asked Raven for help. She comes in with chalk, and gets every single mark (there was a lot of them!!!) completely covered and made it look absolutely perfect! Literally saved the day!

We had an incredible experience with this team and with the venue. Raven was our coordinator and I do not have enough praise to share for how she made our day go so smoothly! Our guests gave so many compliments about how great our wedding was and how well Raven and the venue did.

We loved Hidden Pines! They were kind and worked well with us and what we wanted our big day to look like. Our wedding planner, Raven, was so sweet and answered any questions we had as soon as she could! Everything was absolutely incredible! I’m a musician and have worked with many venues. This was my first time to be an officiant. Hidden Pines was incredible and made everything so easy. Make sure you request Raven. She was unbelievable and made my job so easy. Could not recommend her and this venue enough.

We had our wedding in May at Hidden Pines Chapel. Such a beautiful venue!!! Inside and out was absolutely gorgeous! And Walters Wedding Estates was very easy to work with from start to finish. Raven was amazing and did a great job coordinating everything and everyone! Highly recommend.

Thank you so much for Raven and Carlena for making my day as special and wonderful as possible. We got married on May 26, 2024. Raven made sure that my husband and I were taken care of and felt cared for the entire day. Raven also made sure that all the small things got taken care of! She cut up strawberries, and she even made a small little sign for my Cereal Bar. I absolutely was blown away with her professionalism and knowledge of wedding planning. Food: my guests loved the catered BBQ meal and all of the sides! I did not get to try much of it since I was running on adrenaline, but I heard rave reviews. The venue was absolutely perfect for our needs. Just be aware that the only two bathrooms are right by the bridal suite. It might be wise to tell folks traveling in to stop and use the restroom before they get there right before the ceremony. We added flowers to the beautiful mantle piece, and we took all of our group photos there.

We have decided to cancel our wedding almost a year before we are having it because of financial hardships. I was told that because we signed the contract we would have to pay 65% of the money in order to buy out the contract when we have not talked to vendors or had meetings or even set up our bank information with the financing company. I was told that they don’t do any 30 day guarantees and are not really willing to work with us because “When booking a date with us you are taking that date off of the calendar for other prospects so that is why our policies are in place like they are. Once I hear back from financing I will let you know what's said but it will most likely be the standard 65% cancellation policy.” However, because it is a year in advance, the date we have (which was already a popular date) could easily be put back on the market in order to get someone to book it out. I didn’t really even see that as an issue. They told me to look into wedding insurance but they neglected to mention that wedding insurances do not account for “financial hardships” when cancelling, but only “severe weather, vendor cancellations, etc.”. All we want is to just get out of this large payment seeing as though we signed March 21, 2024 and we have been going back and forth with trying to just get out of this since April 2, 2024 which is less than a month since signing. Now we have to pay upwards of 9k ($ we don’t have because of our financial hardship).

Had our wedding here on April 6th. It exceeded all of our expectations. Raven was an amazing coordinator. She kept us moving along, communicating up to the big day, and all throughout to keep us on schedule without being pushy. Made the day so much less stressful. The food was great! Our guests had so much fun. Would definitely recommend having your wedding here! Thank you Hidden Pines and Walters Weddings and Events!

From the second we toured Hidden Pines Hurst in June of 2023, we knew it was the venue for our wedding. The venue was BEAUTIFUL, Classy, and Elevated. Hidden Pines offered packages to fit our needs, whether we just needed the venue or we needed the works with everything included. Hidden Pines Hurst made it all so easy and seamless. The staff at Hidden Pines is really what made the experience so unforgettable. As wedding day approached, our day of coordinator, Kymerlyn, went above and beyond to make sure every detail was the way we wanted.(Even when i changed my mind last minute or when people started to retract their RSVPs and needed to change the floor plan) She also helped solve problems as they presented themselves on wedding day which I am SO thankful for. The wait staff, bartenders, and managers all really took care of my husband and I, making sure we had what we needed while still tending to our guests and making them feel special as well. Our DJ Jay T and Jamal with CoHost Entertainment were so kind and really helped keep the party going during the reception. I sincerely think our wedding wouldn't have been as spectacular as it was without all the staff at Hidden Pines.🤍

I had a really good experience working with Melanie Anderson! She was super friendly, helpful, and organized. She got back to me on questions ASAP and was very easy to work with. She helped me figure out details, my fiance and I couldn't come to agreement on and that was a blessing!!

My husband and I loved everything about this place. We got the exceptional catering that was buffet styled and the elite bar and vendor package. The food was amazing. We loved our signature drinks. All the vendors provided in the package were exceptional. The day of coordinator, Kymerlyn and Claudia are amazing! Their navigating skills to help my wedding day be as smooth as possible due to time delays (not related to any of the vendors or venue) was phenomenal. Aiden the DJ is amazing as well! By getting the vendor packages, it made the wedding planning a smooth process and we are glad we went with this venue. This venue was perfect for us!

Kymerlyn Riley was excellent she made sure everything went perfect in she was by my side throughout the whole process. Honestly I couldn’t have had a better wedding coordinator it was the most beautiful experience in my live. I will always cherish that moment for ever ten out of ten Recommend. Everything about Hidden Pines was AMAZING. I was kept in the loop with everything that was going on. They made my wedding day so smooth, I didn’t worry about anything! Hidden Pines Hurst provided my husband and I with an amazing Wedding Day. From planning to coordinating the small details, everything felt WAY easier than it should have. We are especially grateful for the staff that helped us, Amanda was our pre-wedding coordinator and she helped us get everything in it's perfect place, and we never once had to worry about anything slipping through. On the day of, Whitney, Miranda, Maggie (photographer), and DJ Carson were an AMAZING team! We and so much fun and we couldn't have asked for a sweeter experience. :)

The Walters Wedding Estates Team has bee extremely helpful, and professional in our wedding planning journey! We also toured a bunch of other wedding venues. We actually heard about another location from a friend and decided to check out this location - I'm so glad we did! From the get-go, I knew I wanted to have a wedding where it was going to be stress-free (my main priority was to party and enjoy my special day). Going with Walters Wedding Estates - and in particular working with the Hurst team, made that priority a reality. They were very flexible and helpful on the day of. When some challenges came up due to weather, they had already thought of a solution rather than having me think about it. I am so happy we went with this venue for our special day.

We had the most beautiful ceremony and reception! Everyone who worked at hidden pines were super helpful from the day we put our deposit down, up until the wedding! It was such a wonderful experience and I’m so glad we chose them! Will definitely tell our friends in the future if they need a venue! Beautiful place but I had so many issues my wedding night with the workers that this place doesn’t deserve a star at all for what I paid and didn’t get. I pasted the email I sent to them about my concerns the night after my wedding and haven’t gotten a response back. This is Jennifer I had my wedding this past weekend. There were a lot of concerns about the entire night that me and my family had. For one when we first walked in you could automatically tell the floors had not been swept even my photographer brought it up when she was taking pictures around the venue, there was also either mud or black petals in some places. We had Whitney when we first arrived she was great but than she disappeared and another girl took over around the time we had asked Whitney if we could have another bottle of wine, that’s when the other girl showed up and we asked her and she said they wouldn’t approve it (after us looking for her 3 different times). I ended up starting the ceremony a little later because my family was coming from out of town, so about 430-445 is when it started. The bar wasn’t even opened until about 5 and they closed it at 7 in the contract we paid for 3 hours and we didn’t get that. After dinner they took all the napkins so we didn’t have any for dessert, they cut up the entire cake and threw at all away without asking me it I wanted to take it with me. Which I did because I paid for it and didn’t have a lot of people show up. My mom at one point walked past the back and saw some of them eating the dessert. The music was so loud you couldn’t have a conversation with anyone which didn’t bother me but some of my older guest it did they ended up leaving because of that. I don’t know the lady’s name who was there the rest of the night she was blonde I think ? Anyways I had a full beer with my bride koozie on it and they threw it away, when my mother in law asked this girl about the koozies we had in a box if she could get it she gave her attitude saying only heidi (my mom) could get it and she said she was here trying to get it because my mom was with my children. She gave her so much attitude about it and even rolled her eyes at her. Just so many things that upset me because we paid all this money for it and there were so many mistakes and wasted food. They didn’t need to cut the entire cake for how many guests I have and even if they are supposed to, I feel like I should have been asked if I wanted to take it home. That’s not including the topper that’s a different story. I honestly felt stressed about the night and kept having to stop what I was doing to answer their questions and I’m bothered about it I feel like I wasted my money so to speak. It was a beautiful venue but they weren’t at all professional and when we had questions we had to wait for the answers or had to ask multiple times. I’m sure that I’m leaving something out but I’m just letting you know that I didn’t have the best experience I still had fun but I feel like I was taken advantage of and I paid for more than I even got. I hope that this helps you in the future for other people using the venue so they don’t have to go through what I went through.

We had a beautiful ceremony with Hidden Pines! The coordinators were on point with all the details, never seeming bothered by my millions of questions. Food was good, highly recommend the bacon wrapped shrimp appetizers! The venue was extremely accommodating and in great shape for our special day. For the price and features, you really can't beat it!

This place is great to have a wedding, it’s breathtaking, and near the city. Jordan, Zach and Kendra were so helpful. I loved how they had mostly all the vendors in one location, it makes it super convenient for the stressful day. I loved how they had different packages, and that you can choose which one you’d like. Honestly, it’s very affordable for everything they offer! We would recommend people here for sure.

Loved getting married at Hidden Pines hurst. I was on a budget and they had everything I was looking for. They provided open bar service, delicious food and appetizers, a coordinator the day of, bridal and groom suites, and a DJ. And that was the basic package! You can add on as much as you need. I was so glad I didn’t have to look for so many different vendors. Jordan was great and super helpful, replied to my emails quick and answered all my questions. Sarah showed me the venue a second time when my mom was in town and she gave the tour with the same friendliness and energy as the first time. DJ Kendra was great, she even played a Karoke version of a song that my dad requested on the spot. I was a little nervous about the music because we are Hispanic but she did great! They let me add an hour of party and were very accommodating with us. I would get married here again if I could!

Hidden Pines made my wedding spectacular. I tend to get overwhelmed easily, especially with all the little details, and the workers at the venue calmed every worry and went over everything. My favorite inclusion of the venue was that they have recommended venders for the flowers, bakery, and stationary products. These recommended vendors that Hidden Pines offered made the planning process worlds easier. Everyone is so kind and I would 100% recommend this venue to those looking for a beautiful chapel and reception space for their wedding.

Our family highly recommends Hidden Pines. Our daughter had a quick 3 month engagement, and we could not have pulled this wedding off without Hidden Pines. Everything was top-notch from the planning with Kayla and all of the vendors to the execution of that plan on the actual wedding day. Our guests were impressed with the venue, the DJ and the menu. Our daughter had a perfect wedding day.

This place had everything we needed for the wedding. The coordinator helped us throughout the whole thing. The DJ was the best! The wedding cake and desserts were amazing. We loved that the venue you had an all included package with decor, desserts and cake, DJ, and limo! I didn't have to lift a finger because the venue took care of everything.

We loved planning our daughter’s wedding at Hidden Pines Chapel. Kayla was amazing! She made the process easy and her presence was calm, yet confident. The DJ was AMAZING! The food was top-notch! Our daughter loved the florist and bakery too. She was very happy with her wedding. Our coordinator was newer on the job, so there was a little bit of uncertainty during rehearsal and the day of the wedding. Overall, I would recommend Hidden Pines!

We cannot thank Walter Weddings enough for everything they do. This venue is especially great for shorter engagements because they partner with most vendors that you would be searching for, baker, caterer, drinks, florist, and DJ to name a few. The existing partnerships cut down planning time and stress! Not to mention the beautiful chapel, reception hall on site, and neighboring field for photos with your wedding party. As the couple’s wedding coordinator, it was a pleasure working with Kayla, the general manager, in the days leading up to the wedding day, as well as the day of.
